The Goodwood Festival of Speed attracts thousands of motoring enthusiasts every year, held at the iconic Goodwood House in Chichester, West Sussex.
Throughout 2023, 2024 and 2025, Kairos worked with multiple clients to deliver their stands and activations at the extremely popular Festival of Speed.
OUR CHALLENGES
Understandably, delivering for multiple clients at one event presents a significant challenge when it comes to efficient logistics management and build timeframes.
OUR APPROACH
Projects of this complexity require faultless and meticulous planning. For the ‘23 show we developed and internal framework which was further refined for ‘25, ensuring any lessons from the previous year’s show were put into practice.
OUR RESULTS
Over the course of the three events (‘23, ‘24 and ‘25), we successfully delivered a combined 25 activations/stands.
Tens of thousands of automotive enthusiasts attended FoS and engaged with the stands/experiences we’d delivered.
