SIX WEEKS, SIX CITIES: OUR BUSIEST SEASON YET AT KAIROS GLOBAL
It’s been a whirlwind here at Kairos Global. In just six weeks, our team has delivered events across six cities, supported incredible international brands, and reached new milestones as a growing event activation agency. From Monaco to Madrid, London to Birmingham – and everywhere in between – it’s been our busiest period yet, and a brilliant showcase of what our talented team can achieve.

Delivering events across the UK and Europe 🌍
Our project managers have spent the past six weeks on the road – managing exhibition builds, live event logistics, and brand experiences for clients across a wide range of industries. Each event brought something unique – from the high-octane excitement of motorsport and automotive shows to the precision and professionalism required for medical and luxury lifestyle exhibitions.

Across these projects, our team worked with brands spanning automotive, design, medical technology, and lifestyle sectors, delivering each event with precision, creativity, and care. And while we take our work seriously, we also know the importance of celebrating success along the way – whether it’s enjoying a bratwurst together in Dortmund, sharing laughs during late-night exhibition setups, or cheering on our sponsored driver Aron in the final BTCC race. Even on the busiest days, there’s always room for a little fun!

While the team has been travelling far and wide, there’s been plenty of progress back home too. We’ve welcomed Bryony to the Kairos family, celebrated Georgia’s first three months, and even doubled the size of our warehouse – a major step in expanding our capacity for future projects. The office rebuild is well underway, giving our growing team a fresh, functional space to collaborate and plan the months ahead.
We’ve also invested in new equipment, upgraded our production capabilities, and continued to streamline how we manage and deliver events – all to ensure our clients receive the same high-quality service no matter the scale or location.
A national finalist and looking ahead 🔮
We’re proud to share that Kairos Global was named a national finalist in this year’s UK Start Up Awards – a fantastic recognition of the team’s hard work, innovation, and passion.
As we wrap up this record-breaking period, we’re already looking ahead. With multiple annual event plans in place for 2026, our focus is on growing sustainably, expanding partnerships, and delivering world-class exhibition and event management across the UK and Europe.
Even with a busy schedule ahead, the camaraderie, teamwork, and shared fun moments – from swapping stories on the road to team celebrations after a marathon event week – are what make Kairos thrive.
