Terms and Conditions for Kairos Global Easter Egg Hunt Competition

1. Introduction
By participating in the Kairos Global Easter Egg Hunt competition (the "Competition"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Competition is hosted and organised by Kairos Global, and its purpose is to engage participants in an online Easter Egg Hunt.

2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Kairos Global are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. How to Participate

  • To participate, you must navigate through the Kairos Global website (the "Website") and search for hidden Easter eggs (the "Eggs").

  • The Eggs are hidden on specific pages of the Website, and participants must locate these Eggs to qualify for a prize.

  • Once you have found an Easter egg, you must complete the competition entry form located on the Website, providing the URLs of the pages where you found the Eggs.

  • Each participant may submit only one entry - multiple entries won’t be counted, just the original entry.

4. The Easter Eggs

  • There are a total of 5 Easter eggs hidden across the Kairos Global website.

  • Eggs are hidden on different pages of the Website, and participants must actively search and navigate the site to find them.

  • The eggs will be awarded on a "first come, first served" basis. Once all the eggs have been found, no further prizes will be available

  • Each entry will be added to a grand prize draw, wherein the prize is a large Easter Egg.

5. Prizes

  • The first 10 valid entries that correctly identify the URLs where the Easter eggs are located will receive a prize.

  • The prize will be awarded to the first eligible entry that correctly identifies the correct page URL(s) where the eggs are hidden.

  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

6. Competition Period

  • The Easter Egg Hunt will commence on 9th April 2025 and will end at 11:59 PM on 25th April 2025.

  • Entries submitted after the competition period has ended will not be considered valid.

7. Submission Rules

  • Only one valid entry per person will be accepted.

  • Entries must be submitted through the official entry form on the Website.

  • Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.

8. Notification of Winners

  • The first 10 participants to submit valid entries identifying the correct URLs will be notified by email or telephone call.

  • Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the allotted time, they forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.

9. Data Protection

  • By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as outlined in Kairos Global's Privacy Policy. The personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prizes.

10. General Terms

  • Kairos Global reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions of the Competition or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

  • Kairos Global also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition at any time for any reason, without liability.

  • Kairos Global will not be held responsible for any technical issues, network failures, or any other issues that may impact participation in the Competition.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairos Global is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or in connection with the Competition or the acceptance of a prize.

12. Governing Law

  • The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes relating to the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
